Thank you for shopping at Petify Online. We love our products and we are confident that you and your furry friends will too! However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to comply with United States consumer protection laws and federal trade guidelines, ensuring a transparent and fair shopping experience.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygienic and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on perishable items (such as pet food or treats) or heavily used pet toys and bedding, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your package. We will immediately update you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approved Returns: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).
3. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), Petify Online will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or issue a brand-new replacement at no extra charge. If your item arrived damaged, please email us a photo/video within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
Because we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, cancellations or modifications can only be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, it cannot be canceled or modified, and must go through the standard return process after delivery.
